Confidence & self-esteem grows when children learn and play with others. Parents say that performing in class concerts every few weeks in our Junior Keys and Piano Keys courses has often been a game changer for their children
Groups create a momentum that is continually moving forward, carrying all members of the group forward together. It's therefore not surprising that our class students typically progress faster together. This group momentum also provides a natural motivation to practice
Research demonstrates that we learn as much from others as we do from a teacher, and we learn best when we feel relaxed and are having fun!
Ensemble Playing - the ability to play in time with others is an important skill that pianists can struggle with, specially if when taught traditionally
Playing Games - that accelerate and deepen learning is more fun with friends.
Singing - is the key to developing musical skills. Students find singing easier, less uncomfortable, more collaborative and fun with others.
Students often feel much more self-conscious in a private lesson, whereas Whole Body Learning is more fun and comfortable in a group environment.

Multi-sensory learning has been proven to be the most successful and efficient ways to learn. Our Whole Body Learning teaching method is a multi-sensory approach, where multiple senses including visual, auditory and kinesthetic - are engaged during the learning process.
In our Piano Class Lessons, students:
Sing and perform actions which internalize and re-enforce learning before moving to the Piano. This layered approach to learning provides a succession of small wins along the way which maintains focus and builds confidence.
Remember and learn more efficiently. Our teaching system is designed to engage more of a student's Neural pathways, and the more Neural pathways are engaged during learning, the stronger the memory.
Singing & playing along with music tracks and video clips not only aid with memory and learning but also assist students to learn to play in time and follow music.
Progress as a result of multiple different activities being used to provide repetition without students becoming bored and losing focus. When call of the above are combined with plenty of repetition, our students children thrive.
Current Neuroscience research shows that embodied and multi-modal learning strategies help student learn more efficiently and remember more effectively.
